About Jayonia Griffin

Jayonia Griffin is a New York native dedicated to making a positive impact through business and community engagement. By day, she is a payments industry professional, and outside of work, she actively volunteers with various nonprofit organizations in New York City. At all times Jayonia is a connector, bringing people and opportunities together.

A firm believer in the power of community, Jayonia is passionate about supporting women and fostering meaningful connections. She is the founder of “Everything In Moderation” (EIM), a women’s book club that encourages thoughtful conversations and personal growth.

Grounded in service and a strong commitment to giving back, Jayonia has mentored with Big Brothers Big Sisters of New York and served as Co-President of the National Sales Network New Jersey/New York Chapter.

Rooted in her New York heritage, Jayonia holds an MBA from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management and a BA in Social Gerontology, with minors in Management and Sociology, from the University at Buffalo.
